Through the generosity of our donors, we have accomplished the following at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center:

The Laura Rosenberg Pediatric Center

The Laura Rosenberg Pediatric Center includes the Pediatric Observation Unit (POU) and Laura Rosenberg Procedure Suite, staffed by dedicated Pediatric Critical Care doctors and nurses. The POU ensures close, immediate monitoring and an increased level of intensive clinical support. This unit provides step-up/step-down care in a state-of-the-art environment.

The Procedure Suite

The Procedure Suite, which consists of a small operating room staffed by a full-time anesthesiologist and pediatric surgeon, uses fast-acting, general anesthesia so that minor invasive procedures can be accomplished painlessly. The suite also includes an adjacent recovery area.

The Laura Rosenberg Family Center

The Family Center houses the Activity Center and Family Lounge. The Activity Center, open 24 hours per day, serves as the hub for inpatient recreation. It is stocked with books, games, computers, and a video/DVD library. The Family Lounge is a beautiful, quiet space where families can socialize or relax in a soothing environment.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering's Annual Sharing the Rainbow Conference

In the past years, we funded Sharing The Rainbow Conference, a unique reunion for cancer survivors, a visiting professional lecture series at M.S.K.C.C, and the Clown Care Program.

The Laura Rosenberg Foundation is instrumental in bridging the gap between pediatric cancers and their cure and providing a “Brighter Tomorrow” for thousands of your hoes battling cancer.
